FLOW MAP + a SURVEYing
FLOW MAP + a SURVEYing is a cartographic collaboration between myself, five participants, and the United States Postal Service. Drawing inspiration from Ray Johnson and the New York Correspondence School, I invited five people from my queer relational orbit (Muñoz) whom I love in various ways to contribute to a map that traveled via USPS through each of our hands and onto the next contributor. After annotating the map, the individual relayed the package onward and responded to a survey to return to me. I am still calculating the survey's results. The project's corresponding zine documents the package's movement through our relational orbit and other correspondence that emerged through the process.
